Rocking Around The Galaxy

As of today, the "Guardians Of The Galaxy Holiday Special" from Marvel Studios was released on Disney+.

And since this is a review, I must for warn you, that there may be a spoiler or two ahead. But we will try to keep most of it under wraps. (Christmas paper wraps, that is.)

Everywhere I see, there has been nothing short of excellent talk about this new holiday movie. And Honestly, I couldn't go without putting in my two good cents to it either.

As a Marvel fan, (for years.) I always enjoy and look forward to either watching them on the big screen, or at home with my mom. It's tradition. And this one just made it's way to the top of my, and I'm sure of many, favorite holiday movies around the winter season!

GOTG Holiday Special, is the perfect watch with the whole family. (Although there is a few swear words. A little heads up to the parents reading this.)

I Don't Know What Christmas Is

This one is definitely for all the Christmas, Kevin Bacon, and Marvel lovin' fans out there.

The movie is packed with brilliant humor, that will get anyone's belly shaking like a bowl full of jelly. And it even had me shed a few happy tears as well. (The ending was truly heartwarming.) And the very ending (after credits) was something that I was hoping to see ever since I first heard James Gunn mention the movie.

To sum it up perfectly, I loved every minute of it! There isn't a single thing I would dare to change. The plot, music, actors/actresses, EVRYTHIING was stunning and brought an out of this world sort of holiday magic. Bravo to James, to the entire cast and crew.

I thank you, and wish you all the merriest of Christmases, and the hap, hap, Happiest of Holidays!

Go to Earth, Gift Kevin Bacon to Peter, Save Christmas.

When in the movie, we first learn that Kraglin, (Sean Gunn) tells the story about how a certain Christmas from Peter's (Chris Pratt) past, didn't go so well, to the others.

Mantis, (Pom Klementieff) and Drax, (Dave Bautista) decide to cheer up Peter. This includes going to earth, and gifting the legendary Kevin Bacon to their friend. Thus, saving Christmas!

A great many things also happen, I assure you. But if you want to know more, you'll just have to grab your very own band of misfits, a cup of cheer, (of your choice. No judging.) and get ready for this lighthearted film. A five star rating go's out from me.

And there is a couple festive songs to get you into the Christmas spirit! (One is even performed by Kevin, himself and the Old 97's)
